Serves 2
Ingredients -
250g 5% beef mince
2 baking potatoes cut into wedges
frylight
1 sliced onion
1 red pepper deseeded
1 tin tomatoes
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
2 roughly chopped fresh tomatoes
1 150g tube primula light
jalapenos
Method

Method
put your wedges on a baking tray, spray with frylight and season with salt and pepper
Bake until golden then turn, spray again and cook until golden again
Meanwhile - add your mince and onion to a pan and fry until cooked through. Add the ppers and cook for 2-3 minutes then add your tinned tomatoes
sprinkle in the cumin, paprika and a few grinds of black pepper.
Cook for 10-15 minutes until most of the liquid is gone.
stir in the fresh tomatoes and switch off the heat.
Now switch on the grill and put the cooked wedges into a heatproof dish, spoon over the mince mixture and squeeze over the tube of primula light, sprinkle with chillies and grill until the cheese starts to turn brown.
serve between 2 people
